Unfurnished Bedroom in a 3-storey townhouse unit with a shared bathroom and in-suite Washer/Dryer. The room has huge windows with lots of sunlight. You can fit a double or queen size bed and a desk in this room. Unit: 3 Bdrm Townhouse (1655 sq ft) including 3 Bathrooms, Rooftop Patio, in-suite Washer/Dryer. The townhouse is 3-storeys tall in a family friendly neighbourhood with lots of parks in the area. The TTC transit runs very frequently and Lansdowne Station is only a 15 minute walk or one bus ride down. There is a spacious shared living room with two couches, a dining area and a kitchen that includes a fridge, oven/stove and microwave. The laundry is on the second floor and includes a washer, dryer and handwashing sink. There’s a shared rooftop patio that has outdoor furniture for lounging and gardening. The apartment allows pets and we currently have a small senior dog living with us. Sadly we’re not the right fit for cats as we often babysit dogs who may be aggressive towards cats. Please note that this apartment does not include parking, but it is available at an additional cost through the property manager. Street parking is also available with a permit which you must apply for online through the city. Ideally we’re looking for a female roommate that’s clean, respectful and is a good communicator.
