my dog and me are be moving into a beautiful, spacious apartment in July and are looking for the right person to share it with us. The apartment is bright and welcoming, with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, a huge living room, a small but functional kitchen, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The place comes fully furnished. Located on Princess Avenue in a quiet residential area, there's also access to a garden where you can relax, have a BBQ, or even grow some vegetables. Coin laundry on property. A little about me: I'm 33, female, and recently moved to Victoria from Europe with my very sweet 2-year-old dog, Cleo. I work in harm reduction. In my free time, I spend a lot of time outdoors, enjoy being creative, and appreciate a calm, friendly home environment. I'm looking for someone who enjoys a communal living situation—sharing occasional meals, conversations, or activities—while also respecting each other's independence and personal space. A cat may be possible if they get along well with Cleo. Unfortunately, the landlord does not allow any additional dogs.
