Quietness and respect are essential. The homeowner also resides in the property, and this is a strictly residential home. * No home-based businesses or commercial activities of any kind (prohibited under the insurance policy)

*No subletting, Airbnb, or other short-term rentals (prohibited under the law)

* No marijuana (recreational or otherwise), vaping, e-cigarettes, or tobacco smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors

* Best suited for someone with minimal personal belongings who is comfortable moving in with the approved furniture pieces * Ideal for someone who values privacy, cleanliness, and a peaceful environment. * Zero tolerance for parties, frequent overnight guests, excessive noise, or late-night entertaining.
