Hello there :) This lovely upper level room will be available for rent in my character home located in the West end of Toronto, near St Clair Avenue West and Scarlett Rd. AVAILABLE FROM JULY 2026. The room is furnished with a new full size orthopedic mattress, a set of 2 Scandinavian retro dressers with lots of drawers, 2 night tables, a study desk with chair, a tall floor mirror, 2 night lamps and a walking closet with extra shelves for storage and a rack with lots of space to hang clothes. The room has its own skylight and a ceiling fan. The monthly rent fee for this room is $1000CAD (single occupancy). NO SHARING. Car parking available for $100/month. There is one car parking spot on the driveway. The bathroom on the upper floor is shared amongst 2 other people. One person per room. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper floor. The house has got charm with its wood trim and stained glass windows and it’s filled with good energy. :) Utilities are included: water, heat, hydro, BELL fibe wifi . Access to laundry room. Also, we are a 5 min bike ride to Jane subway station or Old Mil station through the beautiful views of the park. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, bike trails, beautiful jogging paths, tennis courts, canoeing. all along Humber river that leads to Lake Ontario. It’s not a party house… it’s got a very tranquil feeling… mature housemates who are responsible and care about the environment where they live.
