Close to many coffee shops, restaurants, parks, the AGO and other vibrant community features. All utilities are included, including wifi which is split 50/50 between the roommates. The unit is a ground floor unit however, it is very safe as it backs onto the fenced-in private courtyard. The courtyard is also monitored by security overnight. Unit amenities: Dishwasher, fenced private outdoor space, full shower and tub, large windows, lots of storage space, large floor-to-ceiling closets (not pictured in bedroom), air conditioning.
