Bed is missing from photos of room because bed is coming this Sunday. This a low-rise condo building in the heart of Orléans featuring all new flooring, a bathroom that has been fully renovated within the past year, and brand new kicthen appliances. Monthly rent: $870 (includes internet and all utilities except hydro) Half the monthly hydro bill typically falls between $55 - $65. One parking spot available for $60 monthly. Within 13-minute walking distance you will find Place d'Orléans shopping centre, Farmboy, several doctor's offices, pharmacies, Altitude gym, City of Ottawa Client Service Centre, Shenkman Arts Centre, and much more. The street is home to numerous festivals every year. It's less than a 2 minute walk to the nearest OC Transpo stop and about a 16 minute walk to the Place D'Orleans O-train station.
