Location: Verdun H4G 1H3 🌳 Close to bus stops, a 7–10 minute walk to the metro, with nearby supermarkets, shops, and restaurants, plus recreational areas like the Verdun Beach and bike paths along the river. 🚍 The apartment includes: 1 full bathroom + 1 half bathroom, equipped kitchen, fridge, washer, and dryer. Hot water is included. Heating is electric and paid together with Hydro-Québec. No parking (street parking only). Rent: $769 CAD per month + approximately $50 for Hydro and internet (may vary in winter). The Room: Unfurnished, front-facing window, and a closet. Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone responsible, organized, hygienically conscious in shared spaces, calm (no parties, no excessive noise), and who respects cohabitation agreements.
