The house was just recently built and I will be moving in myself towards the end of July.

A wall and door will be constructed for privacy, I will be furnishing the room with a couch, TV stand, Fridge, and some kitchen prep.

Cooking is to be done in the shared kitchen on the main floor, includes dishwasher, oven, stove, etc.

Laundry is on the same floor as the basement room and is shared with the 3 others living upstairs.

I have a small black cat that is super friendly, she enjoys neck scratches.

I tend to spend most of my time either gaming with friends online or I'll be out playing hockey.
