Home will be shared with one other female tenant, and myself (female owner-landlord). Shared/common spaces include: spacious kitchen (1st floor), living and dining room (1st floor), three piece bathroom (2nd floor), powder room (basement), in house laundry (basement) and fenced backyard with perennial gardens. All residents expected to maintain cleaning of common areas or split the cost of a cleaner.
