Hello! This is a bright, modern 2-bed, 2-bath in the heart of Regent Park, and honestly it's a beautiful space. You'd be getting your own private bedroom with a full-length closet, plus your own private bathroom. The bedroom and private bathroom come unfurnished, so you can set them up however you like and really make the space your own. The kitchen and living room are partly furnished, and high-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent. The building amenities are really nice. There's a fitness centre, yoga studio, BBQ and seating area, terrace, theatre/movie room, party room, co-working spaces, and a community garden. Step outside and you're right next to the Regent Park running track and park, which is perfect for runs and fresh air. The neighbourhood is full of cute cafes, restaurants, and grocery options, including a 24-hour Rabba and a Shoppers Drug Mart nearby. Transit is super easy too, with streetcar and bus stops just 2 minutes away, so getting around the city is no hassle. A quick note on timing: I'm moving out and my roommate is staying, so we're hoping to have someone confirmed before June 20th. You'd be signing a new lease that starts August 1st. That said, if you need to move in a bit earlier, like July 1st or July 15th, that totally works. Just let me know and we can make arrangements.
