Just a 5 minute walk from Trinity Bellwoods park, I'm sad I won't get to partake in the beautiful weather! The house has a basement for any extra storage you may need. The landlord is looking for future tenants so there is an option to continue living in the area if it interests you. I can have my room furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer.
