One bedroom in a 2 bedroom house/apartment. Available April 15th for at least 4 months and hopefully we get on well then it's open ended. Able to accommodate showings day or evening! The house is on a quiet residential street in the Annex. The large bedroom is fully furnished (or can be unfurnished or items interchanged depending on requirements) with a desk, dresser and closet, queen sized bed, loveseat, and a projector. You will have access to a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, living space and large side yard with bbq and outdoor furniture. It's an apartment shared with a chef and a cute dog that's around a few weeks on and a few weeks off- I am clean, hospitable, creative and social but also respectful of privacy and spaces. Hoping you're the same too! Very close to Kensington Market, Chinatown, the Annex, Little Italy, Koreatown as well as all the restaurants, bars, grocers and more in them. Only additional expenses would be wifi and hydro. Which usually equates to about 50-60 dollars more.
