I’m an artist and designer (and waiter), I made it look fancy but once you spend time in the room, it has a very cool, comfortable, relaxing & sleepy vibe. The apartment also has a nice shared kitchen, living room with a TV and a modern, tidy bathroom, all with cool styling, updated appliances and fixtures. The neighborhood couldn't be better. Roncesvalles is a very chic and clean and safe area, full of families and shopping. The transit network from here is amazing!; not only is it on the Subway line, but Dundas has the most streetcars in the city, and College, Dundas and Bloor all converge here, so you can get on the streetcar for each right outside the door. The apartment has good heating in the winter and Air Conditioning in the summer!, as well as a nice backyard patio. The apartment has 1 available parking space .
