Great location within walking distance of Walmart, superstore and many others. On bus routes and close to ring road for fast University access. Parks nearby. Highly multiethnic area. This is a top floor flat, with an elevator and balcony, which gives a view of farmers fields. The neighbours are quiet and generally friendly. There is in suite laundry. Tenants pay power, internet and cable. Utilities would be divided equally. Parking is extra. The apartment is furnished but not the room. I may be able to provide some furnishings but you may need to buy or bring certain items. In this case it would be a single daybed provided and possibly some other furniture for storage. You must have your own personal items including towels. I have all the kitchen items you needs. You will need to help clean and pay a share for cleaning supplies and anything else shared. I have 2 dogs so if you are even slightly shy of dogs this may not work. No smoking, marijuana or any kind of drugs. Drinking only if in a controlled manner. You must be clean, (common areas as well as your room), respectful, quiet, and willing to put in effort to make the arrangement comfortable for us both.
