The property has one open western kitchen with a sink, full-size fridge, microwave and big dinning table with 6 ppl.
Internet, electricity and gas are split equally among roomates (fair and transparent cost-sharing).
Street parking is available directly on the front road (easy to find a spot, no back alley parking restrictions)
