The appartement is located in rosemont La-petite-patrie. We are close to the metro and multiple bus stops going to the green, blue and orange line. We are also close to multiple bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a huge park. We live on a very calm street, with no neighbours in front of the house which is very nice privacy wise. The house has three rooms with big windows, two balconies and a one bathroom. The kitchen is renovated and all appliances are included. Please let us know if you have any animals !
