Street-side parking for two. in a few weeks the driveway should be available. Working dryer, still working on getting the washing machine replaced. A steady renter will be a big help toward that goal. Internet and 24/7 Streaming service benefits to Smart TV, Computer, Laptop, Smart Phone through wifi. Pref. long term accommodation, each time it takes a month or more to rent, it costs me a LOT personally. Accommodation is perfectly suited to a male resident.
