Separate driveway but there is a dog on property (must love dogs) and your gate needs to be opened and closed every time so if that is an issue, kindly more on. Slight incline to gate so older folks, this might not be suitable. LL and tenant are back to back on acreage and live on either side of property so lots of privacy for both parties. Just no fence in between houses. Bright and airy, space and tons of color and tons of greenery as something is always in delightful bloom. Main home is heritage home. Small dahlia farm on property. Old English garden feel. No tub. Super heat efficient pellet stove for coal nights and 2 energy efficient electrical heaters but pellet stove heats space fully. One vehicle only. Pets possibly. Tenant pays utilities. I pay for water, tenant pays for their choice of utilities.. No smoking in cabin. Small lake is 10 minutes away and ocean is 10 minutes away and bush is 10 minutes away, yet the nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away with this property being in between Victoria and Nanimo.
