Looking for a place where you can skip commuting in the morning? Do you have long gaps in between classes and don’t want to spend all your time on the bus? If so, then I’ve got the place for you. I’m looking for a roommate to join me in a 2B/2B apartment in UniverCity starting this September for a minimum one-year commitment. Multi-year agreements may be prioritized.

The Space: You’ll get a fully furnished bedroom and primary use of the second bathroom. This bathroom does also serve as a guest bath if needed. The apartment is perfectly situated near the upper bus loop, and since you're already on campus, you can finally conquer those dreaded 8:30 am lectures without the stress of a commute. We’ve got in-suite laundry, secure bike storage, parking, and fabulous south facing views of the city and local mountains. We are also conveniently located near a grocery store, coffee shops, hiking trails, and everything else the mountain has to offer.

Rent: $1,600/month (All-inclusive, any shared supplies, all utilities).

Parking: Secure spot included

Vibe: I’m looking for someone tidy and substance-free (no drinking, vaping, or smoking).

About the Apartment: Fully furnished/equipped (I’ve got everything! You name it, I’ve probably got it. Sheets, towels, hand soap, all kitchen equipment, in-suite laundry and everything in between). Just bring your personal effects

Pets: I’d love to meet your non-shedding dog(s)! (No cats or shedding pups, please—my allergies can't handle them). Must be house-trained and OK to be left alone.

A bit about me: I am a 4th year International Studies major finishing up my last couple credits. When I'm not studying conflicts occurring around the world, you can probably find me rock climbing in the gym during the winter and out in Squamish with friends during the spring and summer.
