South Granville, BC
Renting Guide
A mini-neighbourhood, close to everything
About
Stretching from W 5th to W 16th along Granville Street, South Granville is a mini-neighbourhood. South Granville labels itself as a commercial area, and has very little housing, primarily due to its miniscule size. No wonder the neighbourhood usually gets lumped in with Fairview, which is right next door. With a direct line to Granville Island and a short walk, bike ride or drive to downtown, South Granville is highly walkable and chock full of amenities and shopping. Note that rentals don’t come up often. So if you’re dying to get in here, you’ll have to scout for a while and pounce as soon as an option arises.
