Niagara Rental Options: Most Niagara rental options comprise of Niagara condos for rent or townhouses for rent– there are no detached Niagara houses for rent here. For renters, there's plenty of Niagara apartments for rent available, but the rental prices aren't affordable by most standards.

That's not to say that there's a bad attitude or sense of superiority in Niagara, only that it's a very non-diverse community in terms of the types of households that reside here. Stanley Park, in the middle of the neighbourhood, has a rec centre and an off-leash dog park.

Niagara neighbourhood has one of the lowest populations of kids in the whole city – just 14% of the population is under age 24, whereas the Toronto average is 28%. There are also almost zero seniors. Fully three-quarters of people who live in the Niagara neighbourhood are between 25 and 54.
