There is a school and playground across the street, can be noisy at times. Ants can show up in the summer, please be mindful about food droppings. House vibe: Anyone interested in the space should be willing to take Covid precautions. No Couples. 50/50 on cleaning supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap etc.). No nudity in common spaces. I’m 24 years old - would prefer to live with someone in my age range. I clean weekly and/or on low-pain days and I would like to live with someone who will help out around the house and do their share of chores. 420-friendly (outside only), incense/smudging okay indoors. Other Substances and heavy alcohol use are not permitted. This space is quite small, so someone who hosts daily guests and frequent parties/get-togethers isn’t a fit at all; I’m immunocompromised and Covid conscious.
