You will be sharing the common areas exclusively with me. I am 42 years old and run my own business in children's education. I am sociable, sensible, and definitely not a party person—I value a clean, orderly, and relaxed home environment. In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing tactical board games, and watching soccer.

Because the home is only shared between the two of us, the environment remains incredibly quiet, uncrowded, and organized—ideal for someone who values a peaceful home to return to after a long day.

You will be sharing the kitchen, dining room, and main living areas exclusively with me (the homeowner/working professional). Because the home is only shared between the two of us, the environment remains incredibly quiet, uncrowded, and organized—ideal for someone who values a peaceful home to return to after a long day.


🐾 A Note for Cat Lovers: I am the proud owner of three friendly cats. Because they live here full-time, the home is unsuitable for anyone with cat allergies. If you love felines, you'll feel right at home! For your peace of mind, the cats sleep in a separate room at night, ensuring absolute quiet during resting hours.

📋 House Policies & Tenant Preferences


Strictly Smoke & Drug-Free: Smoking, vaping, and recreational cannabis use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (both indoors and outdoors). Non-smoked medicinal products (tablets/oils) are perfectly fine. Responsible, moderate alcohol consumption is welcome.


Quiet Hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): Please keep TV and music volumes low. To ensure a restful environment for the household, please refrain from cooking or washing dishes during these hours.

Ideal Candidate: A mature post-graduate student or a young working professional who is clean, respectful, and appreciates a quiet household. No additional pets can be accommodated due to the resident cats.


Lease Term: Long-term lease preferred.


Standard Monthly Rate (4+ Months): $1,150 / month


Short-Term Rate (1 to 3 Months): $1,350 / month (Includes a $200/month short-term stay premium)


Driveway Parking: Available for $150 / month
