Burrows Avenue room — Burrows Avenue, Winnipeg MB (4.0-Bedroom)

Hey, i am posting this for my landlord and he asked me to specify these things first. No alcoholics please, there are cats here, and you must not be allergic or dislike them. No traffick or late night parties. No EIA. Must have a job with reference and a personal referral. I know it seems like a lot, but we have had issues in the past. Thanks so much for understanding. Now for the good, the house is big, we have a large garden in the back growing a few different types of vegetable plants that you would be more than welcome to utilize. There is also a BBQ and a fire pit. We have a large kitchen that is shared, you are welcome to use all my cooking and serving implements. There is a basement with room for storage with a free washer and dryer. It is radiator heated in the winter and we do our best to keep it cool in the summer. There is a half bath in the basement and a full bathroom on the second floor. The room for rent is one the main floor and faces Burrows. It is large and devided by sliding French doors. It has a faux fire place and some stained glass. There is a small black couch that you can use or not, and a single bed if needed, though we may need to find a frame for it. There is a large porch and two small gardens on the front street, where one of your windows faces. The rental is month to month.
