It’s 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms unit locating in King street, Waterloo. You will be sharing a living room and kitchen with me, but you’ll have your own room and bathroom. I do have a cat, but the cat only stays in my room and bathroom and will not disturb you. Everything is included but hydro, so the actual rent should be 1250+hydro each month. It’s a three years lease, but you are welcome to opt out any year.
