Secure underground parking included. Quiet, clean, mature person, who loves animals is needed as a roommate. I have a cuddly cat. Monthly rent is $1300 (includes internet, and power and parking) The room is unfurnished and the living room is mostly unfurnished so there is room for your stuff. I can also furnish the rooms before you move in. Below the building is a thriftys, coffee shops, many restaurants and amenities in the area. It’s a 2 minute walk to Dallas road and a 5 min walk downtown. No other animals as my cat likes to be an only child. Outside of work I’m a gamer so I tend to spend most of my free time chilling in my room and don’t make much use of the rest of the apartment.
