Room for rent in Beautiful OAKBAY! PLEASE READ AD FULLY: A large bedroom is available for SHORT TERM RENT on the upper floor of a character home in beautiful OAKBAY. It is on the second floor of the house, you will share the washroom with just one other person. The room measures 13'6"X13', it is Fully furnished. The house is located a 5 minute walk to a bus stop. 15 minutes by bus to downtown Victoria and similarly 15 minutes by bus to UVIC. It is Literally a 5 minute walk to WILLOWS BEACH; A 10 minute walk to Oak Bay Village where you will find a Pharmacy, all banks, a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, library; a 10 minute walk to the Oak Bay Recreation Centre and Save-On Foods grocery store. On street parking is available for one vehicle. WiFi, sheets and towels are provided. Laundry and kitchen are shared with others. You get to use a TV and a small Fridge in your own room. We have 2 small, gentle dogs but they are not allowed on the upper floor where your room is and you will not be disturbed by them.
