The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Colwood, just a 5-7 minute drive from Westshore Town Centre and all the essentials like grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a gas station. If you’re heading to Royal Roads, it’s a quick 8 minute drive or about a 15-minute bike ride. It's also a quick commute to Victoria General Hospital. About the House: This is a spacious and cozy home with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable: Bedrooms: One room available, bright and welcoming. The room is rented furnished - with a full-sized bed, dresser, desk/chair. 2 Bathrooms: You’d be sharing 2 bathrooms Wifi: High-Speed Fibre Optic Internet - if you need fast internet, you will be happy! Common Areas: Plenty of space in the living and dining areas to relax, plus a deck and a backyard to enjoy some fresh air.
