I'm looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, newly built in 2025 and located in the heart of Langford, right next to the Fire Hall.

You can choose between two rooms:

🏡 Option 1 – Master Bedroom ($1,400/month) with private ensuite bathroom and two closets

🏡 Option 2 – Second Bedroom ($1,300/month) with a dedicated bathroom with a bathtub and a closet.

Rent is inclusive of strata, gas, water and one underground parking stall. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and in-suite laundry. Hydro and internet extra.

A little about me: I'm a working professional. I work in an office during the day and also work overnight shifts at a boarding school, so you'll have the apartment to yourself most of the time. I enjoy keeping the home clean, and comfortable, and I'm looking for someone who values the same.

Move-in is flexible between August 1 and September 1.
