The renter or whomever they hire will be expected to do all of the snow removal ongoing in a timely way from the top of the elevated driveway to the garage and to their own entrance. The renter is not responsible for any other yard work or house maintenance other than to report to the owner in a timely way anything needing to be done. The owner will negotiate with the renter to possibly share the use and cost of cable TV and internet services. The owners’ preference is to have a one year lease with the renter(s), with the possibility of negotiating the renewal of that lease on a year to year basis. The owners are offering at the end of the one year lease period a conditional rebate of 200 dollars per month to the renter (2,400 dollars). That rebate would only be paid if the renter(s) has not caused damage to the home beyond what the damage deposit can offset and has co-existed with the owners and adjoining neighbors amiably during that entire time. The owners will not tolerate hoarders, additional occupants residing in the space rented out, noxious substance users, or loud and/or late parties; and expects regular cleaning of the renter’s(s) space to be done. The damage deposit will be the equivalent of one month’s rent paid in advance with the first month’s rent before the renter(s) moves in. Any applicant(s) seeking to move in and rent these premises will be asked to provide with their application references substantiating that they are responsible, respectful and have the means to pay their rent and damage deposit. They will also be asked to provide a recent criminal records check at that time.
