About the house: -It's a South and East facing laneway house built in 2022 -Tons of natural light -All appliances are new and working - Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Fridge, Samsung Washer and Dryer -Rent includes Internet (wifi and cable) and water. Hydro will be split 50/50. (We have our separate BC Hydro account for the laneway house) -Landlord is pretty nice. Very respectful of privacy. Responds fast to maintenance requests -You'll have the 1st floor bathroom just for yourself -There are plenty of street parking spaces (no need for permit) - No pets as per landlord's request :( About the neighborhood: - The area is quiet and peaceful. There is a park nearby, and the Killarney Community Centre, which has a swimming pool, ice rink, and gym, is close by. - Fraserview Golf Course is also nearby. - Victoria Drive has convenient amenities like London Drugs, McDonald's, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Chinese grocery stores, and 88 Supermarket.
