-Your private room is a spacious 12 x 9.5 ft
-Queen size bed and desk included upon request
-Furnished common spaces, including kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
-Washer and dryer available in the unit
-Private entrance with alarm and security system
-Landlords live upstairs and are lovely people
-The patio is available to us
-Quiet suburban neighborhood in Marpole, South Vancouver
-2 blocks away from TD Bank and Safeway, and 1 block away from Granville street and 3 major bus lines
-40 minutes by public transportation from Downtown Vancouver, UBC and Richmond
-Rent is CAD 1000, excluding utilities, which are paid every 6 months
-Room available starting July 27, but open to showings now See less
