About Seymour Street
Hi everyone! I am a 24-year-old female looking for a roommate to share a newly renovated apartment in downtown Vancouver.
I recently graduated from university and am looking to experience Vancouver and try to find a job suited to my degree! The apartment is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. and is located on the 12th floor. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sunroom, and a small balcony. The unit will be unfurnished and is currently undergoing a full renovation after the previous tenants moved out. Renovations include new flooring, fresh paint, new cabinets, brand-new appliances, a new washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.
Rent is $1,500/month, plus electricity and Wi-Fi. All other utilities are included. There is also one parking stall included, which I won't be using, so it's available if needed.
The apartment belongs to my mom, and the renovations are still in progress. At the moment, we only have photos from about 25 years ago, so they don't accurately reflect what the unit will look like. She'll be in Vancouver soon to take updated photos during the renovation, and I'll post those as soon as they're available. In the meantime, I can share the older photos if you'd like to get a general idea of the layout and space.
If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to send me a message!
