Hello everyone! I'm renting a private room in a furnished apartment starting July 1 for women only.
This is a ground floor unit with another family renting out the upstairs and we are on the ground floor. Perfect for a working professional, and students looking for a clean and calm place to call home. We are steps away from 49th and Victoria Dr, with 2 major bus lines (49 UBC and 20 Victoria/ Downtown) 5 minutes walk away. The room comes partially furnished with a desk and chair and a bunk bed. You are welcome to bring your own bed if you'd like and we can take the other one out. There is a small storage room to keep all the extra stuff. Utilities are not included in the rent but they go upto $50-$100 pp and includes wifi, heat and electricity. The deposit is half a month's rent. Laundry is in the unit and we have our own washer but the dryer is shared with the family upstairs.
