Are you looking for a peaceful and friendly place to call home? Our house is located just 5 minutes from Nanimo sky train station making getting around Vancouver easy-peasy. We're also about 10 minutes away from the beautiful Trout Lake so you can get out and enjoy the lovely summer weather! We also have a terrace and garden space out back if you'd rather sun bathe at home ☀️ We are two roommates in our late twenties looking for another female roommate of a similar age who is looking for a respectful household to make their home! We both work full-time regular hours and are ideally looking for someone else who has the same sort of schedule. We enjoy chatting and watching TV in the shared spaces whilst also being mindful of each other's space 🙂 The shared spaces are fully furnished but the bedroom is semi-furnished with a built in wardrobe but the bed frame and mattress won't be included. I can point you to the local buy nothing Facebook group where people are always giving furniture away for free! Contract is month to month so there is no minimum or maximum stay.
