Looking for a roommate to share a 1-bedroom apartment with a large living room in the West End of downtown Vancouver from September 1st, 2026, or thereafter till I find the right roommate. My potential roommate can choose to use the bedroom or share the living room area as a second bedroom. Utilities will be shared by both of us and includes Heat, Electricity and Wi-Fi, Hot water is free, and the building has coin laundry available. Preference for a student but I'm open to share my place with someone who will respect my privacy and my apartment rules.
