There is ample space in the shared living area on the first floor. 2nd Floor: The shared bathroom is a decent size with a good bathtub and shower. The room itself is 13' x 10' with a nice window view onto Queen St. East. The place is above street level and is right across from a major TTC streetcar corner. It's in Leslieville, a lovely area near parks, Woodbine Beach, the Leslie Spit, groceries, and everything you could ever want. We are splitting utilities and Internet, and they are around $70 per month in total, depending on usage in the building.
