The location is honestly perfect: just 2 min to Bay Station, around 5 min to Bloor–Yonge, 5 min to Museum, and super close to Victoria College (UofT). Very transit-friendly and an amazing area to live in. The apartment is a bright corner unit with lots of natural light, a spacious living room, a nice kitchen, a workspace area, and a large loggia. It’s a very cozy and calm space overall. The room is private and furnished, and you’d be living with two girls in their twenties.
