About Eglinton Avenue East
Hello there:)
I’m looking for a female roommate(above 25) to share a lovely apartment in Midtown Toronto starting September 1, 2026.
The available room is the primary bedroom with its own private bathroom in a spacious apartment that’s just steps from the Eglinton transit lines. It will be fully cleaned and unfurnished on move in day so you can design it to your hearts desire.
The building has great amenities including a gym, pool, sauna, rooftop BBQ area, and more.
The neighborhood is one of the best parts—you’re within walking distance of Yonge–Eglinton Centre, Eglinton Park, the library, great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and pretty much everything you need day to day.
A little about me: after living in six countries, I’ve happily made Toronto my home. I enjoy cooking, movies, the occasional dance night, and generally keeping a cozy, peaceful home. I’m tidy, communicative, and looking for someone who’s interested in creating a friendly, respectful living environment rather than just splitting rent.
I also occasionally dog-sit for friends, so it would be great if you’re comfortable with a furry visitor every now and then.
If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message—I’d love to chat and tell you more about the place.
