We value communication, respect and honesty. Household chores are shared and we are open to establishing a schedule. - 1096.50 on the 15th of every month, with utilities included minus internet (internet price has yet to be established as we are in the middle of switching providers, expecting ~$20/person/month) - Free in unit laundry washer & dryer on the second floor - Bedroom is on the main floor next to the front door, bathroom is on the top (third floor) up 2 flights of stairs and shared with 1 person - Shared bathroom is deep cleaned and maintained by both roommates using it. We expect someone clean and organized to use the space with us. - Three roommates are working from home during the day - Shared kitchen - very commune style in no specific separation of space in the fridge and shared spices and condiments. Laundry soaps, cleaning supplies, toilet paper also communal. Personal cabinet space is divided. Cups/plates/cutlery in the kitchen space are all shared. - Partially shared living space on the top floor with couch & tv - Large balcony on the top floor & full access to backyard garden - We are mostly scent free in common spaces. Not a alcohol free household and smoking outdoors only - 2 cats are currently living here so unfortunately we cannot accommodate more pets
