A large bedroom on the 2nd floor will be available in our 2 floor, 3 bedroom apartment from September 1, 2025 onwards. The bedroom has a closet and there is also additional storage space on the floor. It's also private, as the other bedroom on the floor is on the other side of a long corridor. There is also a 1/2 bathroom (sink and toilet) on this floor. On the ground floor we have 1 full bathroom, an open concept kitchen and living room along with the 3rd bedroom. We also have a washer and dryer on this floor. It’s a non-smoking household and we don’t allow pets (sorry about that). The room is for 1 person. The Area: We live on a quiet side street right off Ossington - about 5 minute walk to the Ossington and Queen intersection and 7 minute walk to the Queen and Dundas intersection. If you're not familiar with the area, Queen West is filled with cafes, bars and boutiques. There is also a Freshco (grocery store) and Metro within walking distance. At both intersections there are street cars and the subway is about a 10 minute bus ride away.
