Everything is included, ( heat and utilities, wi-fi, washer dryer and dishwasher) Folks are expected to keep their rooms clean and to dispose of their garbage. There is one full bathroom and one powder room for two people to share. With this room you get a private bathroom. The house is close to the Danforth, Queen Street, Gerrard Street China town and Little India.... It is close to the downtown core and great for healthcare workers as it is close to most hospitals. It is a very short street car ride to the beaches and a short walk to many parks. This is a household of working people so the home keeps working hours.
