Downtown room — Toronto, ON (3.0-Bedroom)

I am looking for a roommate to share our 3-bedroom apartment, located at Church/Gerrard intersection in Downtown Toronto. This unit is available for AUGUST 1st 2026 or SEPTEMBER 1st 2026, and is not available any earlier as it will be occupied until then; I am looking for somebody who intends on staying long-term. In order to secure the place, I require first and last month’s rent. The cost is $800 per month which covers everything: rent, water, electricity, heat, air conditioning, high-speed internet. The bedroom is closed door private and UNFURNISHED, and features a spacious closet with three tiers of shelving. Communal spaces include a living room, kitchen, dining room, balcony, and shared bathroom, as well as a storage closet for excess needs. No smoking/vaping or substance abuse on building premises including the balcony. There is a 20 to 30 minute weekly cleaning schedule that we never skip. The paid laundry service is on the main floor of the building. There are no vacancies in the parking garage at this time, and there is no permanent bicycle storage area. We only take virtual appointments to begin with, then proceed to invite people to see the place in person, and then we make a decision of those who confirm their interest in securing the apartment. Please understand that choosing whom to live with is very personal, we won’t at all be offended if you decide we aren’t the best fit for you, and we kindly ask that you offer us that same courtesy!
