1) The rent is $800/month : this is a bright and spacious room of over 140 square feet, featuring a closet and two beds. You will share a bathroom with other tenants, outdoor parking is available.

2) Long-term/ short-term ( 3 months minimum )rentals are available. Suitable for working professionals, non-smoking, no pets and light cooking.
