The house has a security camera and privacy is key. We are located close to Guildford secondary as neighbors.Bus stop is 2 minutes. You must be friendly, clean, ready to respect the home and its rules. If rules are not followed and we discover, you are out of our home, we don't need headaches. You buy your own food, and needed washing items. If you can’t tolerate a harmless little cat at home don’t contact or waste our time. This is not a hotel, you must be able to share and Co-exist in a respectable manner. No drugs allowed! No couples allowed. This room is for one person.
