-"Light Cooking" Lifestyle: Optimized for simple routines or meal-prepping (avg. 1–1.5 hours daily max).

-Station Discipline: An immediate "zero-mess" kitchen and wiping down counters right after use is a mandatory baseline.

-Guest Boundary: Maximum of one overnight guest stay per week.
