We have 2 suites available immediately, in a 3-storey building which has been undergoing extensive interior and exterior improvements.  10-minute walk away from Gateway Skytrain Station. The suites can only accommodate 2 people. We are a pet-friendly building, and an additional pet deposit is required over and above the damage deposit. Cats and dogs only, limit of 2.

Sorry, no exotic pets. Off-street parking is available for licensed and insured cars only. 1 vehicle per suite and parking is first come, first served. Utilities included are heat, hot water, and garbage disposal. Tenants are responsible for their own apartment insurance, Hydro, Cable, and Internet. All suites are non-smoking. There is on-site coin-operated laundry. We perform credit checks and require references of current employment and previous rental history.
