Hello. I'm a student living in a studio apartment walking distance to Surrey Central Station (Expo line), Surrey Central Mall, and a 10 minute bus ride to Guildford. I am looking to share my studio (no room except bathroom). It is fully furnished and my building has a gym, bike parking, in-suite washer and dryer, balcony with a view (propane bbq is allowed), and a smart TV with Crave and Disney; I can also download crunchyroll for anyone who likes anime. My studio has a queen size bed (mine) and 2 single beds in a bunk bed (for lease). Asking price is 800 everything included (electricity, heat, wifi, internet) except food.
