The room is sizable and well lit with natural light. A small well thought out closet space and plenty of electrical outlets. Colour changing strip lights have been put up and can be unplugged however removal will cause damage to the finishing of the walls and will not be an option. Located right next to laundry on the second floor (where posters bedroom is also located). There is a wainscoting on one wall as a decorative feature and a window facing the quiet street. The bathroom is next level, like being in your own personal spa with a standalone, soaker tub and a beautiful glass rainfall shower. Walking distance to downtown Stratford, the theater, groceries and nightlife. A large backyard with a fire pit. Shared bathroom one to two people shared kitchen space. Hydro, gas, water, parking, laundry, are all included. House has been updated in almost everything over the last few years.
