You’ll have your own private bathroom, which is yours day-to-day, though it may occasionally be used if either of us has visiting guests, while I use the master bathroom. The room is filled with beautiful natural light, creating a warm and relaxing space. All utilities and essentials are included for easy, stress-free living. The home is located in a quiet, brand-new subdivision in Smiths Falls, within walking distance to the Cataraqui Trail — perfect for hiking, biking, and snowshoeing year-round. The neighbourhood is friendly and peaceful. You’ll share the kitchen and main living space with me, and there is also a comfortable basement area that can be used as an additional sitting room with a TV. Upstairs, we have a lovely shared outdoor space that will soon be screened in and furnished as a relaxing patio — a perfect place to unwind.
